Several customers asked me if I provide invoices or payment receipts. What does mean invoice for YOU?
An employee asked me to email to boss / finance department, an invoice with payment link for a particular database he added in Cart. I cannot email “payment links”, products in Cart are stored by cookie only for your browser/device. You must tell to boss / finance department to visit website, Add to Cart desired products and make payment.
Once paid, the credit card processors (Stripe and 2checkout) or PayPal automatically send you an email “receipt of payment to Teoalida’s website”.
If you need a paper invoice to keep for your finance records, and automated email is not good, you can use https://www.teoalida.com/cardatabase/samples/Invoice.doc (edit it with your name and products purchased), or let me know what to edit if your company policy require that invoices must be sent by sellers as email attachment and not edited.
However some people told me that I should NOT send such things unless I register myself as company (I am an individual). Due to this reason don’t ask me for VAT number because I don’t have any. Still, such .DOC invoices turned useful for students to get from from university to purchase databases.
