https://www.teoalida.com/database/cities/ shows countries, states / provinces and cities with population, there is also option to purchase just Countries and states / provinces.
I don’t understand why did you posted this comment at 9:35 in Malaysia CIBD page while you been at 9:34 on World Cities page (I checked in Clicky the pages viewed by IP address shown at comment).
